Statement of teaching and research interests:
Dr. Yang’s research focuses on understanding managerial dilemmas across different organizational levels by utilizing quantitative and qualitative methods, as well as network analysis and Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA). She teaches classes at both undergraduate and graduate levels, including topics on organizational theory and behavior, health policy, public policy formation, intergovernmental relations, and nonprofit management.
