Ms. Haight has experience in private industry, government, higher education, and nonprofit organizations at various levels, which she now leverages in her teaching to relate to a wide variety of students. She is skilled at teaching traditional college students on campus as well as adult learners online. Her degrees in business and educational psychology (focus on adult learning) combine to give her an understanding of the world outside a university campus and the skills to teach on campus. Her research interests are Learning Organizations, Adult & Workplace Learning, Leadership, Management & Organizational Behavior, and Nutrition & Wellness.
