Professor Mullen has taught Trial Advocacy, Criminal Procedure, Labor Law, and Labor Law in the Public Sector at Valdosta State. Professor Mullen's research interests include criminal law, jurisprudence, civil-military relations, and European political thought of the long 20th century.
